Vision

ESB aims to become the business school of reference in Africa in the training of innovative and agile talents who will be the agents of change of tomorrow, contributing towards a more sustainable, resilient, prosperous, digital, and responsible world. 

Mission

In a constantly changing world, ESB mission is to inspire and train operational and responsible managers and decision-makers while revealing and developing their managerial talents and lifelong skills so that they can become initiators of change and digital business transformation.

At ESB, we aim to prepare the responsible leaders of tomorrow who will positively respond to the pressing needs of enterprises, organizations, and society at large and who will contribute towards a more sustainable global economy.
