RSE & organizational innovation: Towards responsible innovation

We aim to gain a better understanding of how the CSR approach and organizational innovation interact in the context of SMEs in Tunisia. We explore best practices for integrating CSR and sustainable development issues into the innovation strategy and process, so that the appropriation of CSR is a real lever for responsible innovation and value creation.

Social responsibility of higher education institutions

We focus on the prerogatives of RSE integration in private universities, and highlight the case of ESB. We study the challenges of implementing a RSE policy and take a close look at the role of the RSE approach in training future responsible managers.

Pedagogical innovation
& RSE

We focus on highlighting the relationship between pedagogical innovation and environmental sustainability. In particular, we are trying to explore the contribution of pedagogical innovation as a lever for transmitting CSR practices to students.
