Our mission is to promote the employability of our students! And we do this with our partner companies.
Internships
Students are strongly encouraged to put into practice the skills they acquire in their university courses as well as in internships, mandatory and voluntary alike. They thus have the opportunity to do a minimum of one to two-month internships. At the end of their study, some of the training courses provide for a 14-week to a 6-month final year internship in a company.
We train tomorrow’s managers and marketers! Each year, new graduates are ready to enter the job market as serious contenders for gainful jobs in companies involved in digital transformation and digital management. In this regard, only six months after graduation, the first ESB graduates ever (2018) reached an astonishing employability rate of 83%.
ESB is open to all partnership opportunities with companies. We are currently collaborating with more than 100 economic players in Tunisia, operating in different sectors (consulting, banking, insurance, distribution, industry, telecommunications, IT, etc.). This collaboration is multifaceted – whether for hiring our internship students and facilitating their company visits or through the contribution of their professionals to our training or our joint organization of forums and events as well as collaboration in all other subjects of common interest.
Work-study programs constitute a new essential framework for professionalization, which reverses the paradigm of the training / employment relationship. The employability of graduates is no longer an issue, since learners are recruited even before they graduate, the company pays their tuition fees, and arranges their working time to allow them to study. For its part, the school has adopted the time and duration of learning, the benefits of which are assessed jointly- by the school and the company.
Depending on the needs of companies, we are available to collaborate in specific, graduate or certifying training programs relevant to the ESB areas of competence . Some of our Master’s courses are already offered in "work-study" mode in partnership with companies. Others will follow suit soon.
